How to Use:
  • Surface Preparation: Wash and dry. Decontaminate if needed. Clean with an alcohol-based inspection spray. Work in the shade on a cool surface.

  • Spread with a short-pile microfiber towel (#1) in crosshatch motions.
  • Level and buff with a clean, dry microfiber towel (#2) until achieving high gloss and an extremely slick surface feel.

  • Wash the vehicle with a pH-neutral shampoo.
  • Rinse thoroughly.
  • Leave the surface wet.
  • Do not apply on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.

  • Spray 2–4 mists per panel.
  • Work panel by panel (hood, doors, roof, etc.).
  • Immediately rinse with strong water pressure to activate the SiOâ‚‚ coating.
  • 3. Drying
  • Dry using a microfiber drying towel.

  • 4. Curing
  • Keep surface dry for 12 hours for best durability.
B) METHOD 2 — SPRAY & WIPE (1:5 Dilution / Wet Surface) (Recommended for controlled application and uniform finishing) Required Dilution Mix 1 part Spartan Aqua Guard SiO₂ with 5 parts water (1:5).

  • Wash the vehicle.
  • Do not dry the surface, apply directly on a clean, wet surface.

  • Spray the diluted product onto a microfiber towel or directly onto the wet panel.
  • Spread evenly with linear or cross-hatch motions.
  • Water present on the surface assists with SiOâ‚‚ activation.
  • 3. Finishing
