Material additional charges should be communicated before the additional work is performed when reasonably practicable.

Appointments. Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information and making the vehicle reasonably accessible at the scheduled time. Chupy’s may reschedule appointments because of weather, safety conditions, staffing, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customer Property. Customers should remove valuables, personal documents, electronics, cash, and other sensitive or valuable property before service. Chupy’s is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in a vehicle except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Vehicle Condition. Detailing can improve the appearance and condition of a vehicle but cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, odor, defect, or paint imperfection. Certain materials and pre-existing conditions may have treatment limitations.
